Bidroom the first platform to enable bookings on the moon

The fastest-growing booking platform in Europe – – has announced a partnership with National Aeronautics and Space Administration, which enables the platform’s users to book capsules on the moon. First “Bidmoon” flights  are planned for the Q1 of 2019. Due to the high interest in space travel and limited number of moon capsules, as well as the frequency of commercial flights to the moon, users will have to sign up to a preliminary registration and pass medical tests at NASA’s headquarters in Washington, D.C.. The preregistration will start on the first of June, 2017. The participants eligible for making a booking will be determined based on the results of the aforementioned tests and the registration order. The price range will be announced in a further release.

Together with NASA, is working on opening six moon capsules with the capacity of one individual. The consumers of “Bidmoon” will be able to choose from three stay plans: 72 hours, six days, or nine days. All flights will be operated by NASA, departing from Houston, Texas, while Bidroom’s staff will be responsible for the accommodation and handling of the booking process.

The capsules are a result of the most innovative space design. Their 12 square meter design is enough to fit a comfortable bed and the necessary electronics. The capsules will feature a gravity-free zone, referred to as the “porch”. Every individual who will book a stay in one of those capsules, will be entitled to three complementary space meals a day. Internet access will be an extra feature to choose in the booking form.

“We’re extremely excited to announce this revolutionary feature” – said Michael Ros, the CEO of “We’re the first to offer bookings on the moon. That’s one small step for a startup, one giant leap for mankind.”

More details to be announced in the coming weeks.

*This post is our April Fool’s joke, but we’re open for any cooperation with NASA, so who knows what the future holds for our startup.
