Bidroom wins the World Tourism Forum’s “Start-up Innovation Camp” Award

Lucerne, the 4th of May, 2017 – We are delighted to inform that has won the World Tourism Forum Lucerne “Start-up Innovation Camp Award”. The award has been presented to Bidroom’s co-founders, Michael Ros and Casper Knieriem at the World Tourism Forum in Lucerne.

“We look at this award as a recognition of our fight to bring fairness to the hospitality industry. Our platform increases the profits of the hoteliers, while cutting down on the accommodation rates. We’ve made some great strides improving in the past few months, and we are honoured to accept this prestigious award” – said Michael Ros, Bidroom’s CEO.

Bidroom has been deemed the winner by the jury presided over by Swiss business angel and investor Roland Zeller. was one of 170 promising start-ups that entered the competition. On the 16th of April the company was announced one of the 16 finalists, and on the 3rd of May it was given the chance to present  its project to all the World Tourism  Forum participants.
